Grilled stuffed Chicken Breast



6 bone less skin less Chicken Breast
1 12 oz container Feta Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Fresh Spinach
3 Jalapeno Peppers sliced in half and seeded
6 green Onions trimmed to about 6 inches long
2 lemons sliced
salt and pepper to taste


You will take and pound your Chicken breast with a mallet between some freezer paper just till you can roll it easy.

Next salt and pepper each side of your chicken.  Then start filling your chicken add each ingredient to Each chicken breast. Then roll it up. then i take a skewer and secure the chicken closed.

Spread Olive oil on the outer sides of the chicken so it does not stick on grill.


Place chicken on a heated grill, cook on each side for about 20 min turning every 7 min or so.


Goes well with lemon rice and Asparagus
