Pasta and My Vodka Sauce.


There is nothing better then Vodka Sauce I could live off this stuff.





10 Italian Tomatoes peeled and diced
and 3 extra tomatoes diced small

1/4 cup diced Black Olives

1 small onion diced

1 Garlic clove diced

3 Large Basil Leaves chopped fine

1/4 cup Vodka

1/2 cup cream ( half and half)

3 TBS Olive Oil




Place Olive oil, Onion, and Garlic in a Sauté pan cook on med heat for about 3 min

Add your 10 diced tomatoes to pan, along with diced black Olives stir to mingle the flavors of all.  Simmer for about 5 min or so.

Then add the Vodka to pan simmer for another 6 min.

Add cream to pan and cook for about 3 min.

Remove from heat

Add Basil to pan and Stir. Serve over your Favorite Pasta.
