My Biscuits and Gravy guy's




1 lb mild pork sausage
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons season salt
crack black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup flour
1/2 gallon milk




First brown your sausage in a butch oven. break sausage up as it cooks.

In the last 2 min of cooking sausage sprinkle the garlic powder, season salt,  pepper, and red pepper flakes over the sausage

Take the flour and sprinkle it over the sausage mix it up fast and have your milk ready to pour
over the meat.

Pour in milk and stir you want to stir this so it does not  burn on bottom of pan. I will cook it to the thickness that i like for gravy.

Remove from heat and dump over biscuits I like to add sliced tomatoes on top yummy
