Jambalaya
3 boneless chicken thighs cube
1 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 ear corn taken off cob
1 green pepper chopped
1 jalapeno chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups rice not cooked
1 can black beans rinsed
1 tablespoon Creole season
First brown your meat in pan
Then add every thing but rice
Bring to a boil then add rice
Simmer till liquid is almost gone
About 30 to 40 min
Squeeze Lemmon juice on top
Add its done
Serves 6
