Sour Kraut Goulash




This is not what some would think of when it comes to goulash but I'm telling this is hands Down the best goulash ever.

Even those who don't like sour kraut eat this and love it.





2 lb pork roast with bone
2 bags drained and rinsed sour kraut
2 8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons paprika
1 onion diced fine
Water

6 peeled potatoes



Place all ingredients ( omitt cream cheese and potatoes )in a large Dutch oven pot .enough water to cover. Cook on stove top over medium heat for 5 hours replace water in pot as it cooks. Meat should fall off the bone remove bone.

At this point peel 6 potatoes place in pot whole and add cream cheese

When potatoes are done remove them from pot and stir to make sure cream cheese is blended in.


Mash a potato on a plate and scoop the goulash on your potatoes add a little salt and pepper to taste



Serves 6
