My Macaroni Salad Like no other





1   1 pound box cooked macaroni
1 small jar Dill relish
1 small jar drained Green Olives
1 small bag Radishes chopped
1 large Oion chopped
4 stalks Celery chopped
1/2 cup thawed frozen Peas
2 cans drained Tuna fish
2 cups Helmans mayo  ONLY!
2 boiled eggs chopped fine

Cook macaroni to directions on box. I cook my eggs in the same pan as the noodles at the same time.  when done  rinse under cold water.

Next peel eggs and chop

Next in a large bowl place all ingredients mix well. place in fridge till ready to eat.


I like to make mine a day ahead of time.  You can also instead of tuna use chicken, shrimp, or crab.
when doing the shrimp or crab add 1/3 cup of chili sauce which you can find by the ketchup and mayo.  Also add fresh cilantro to taste.

If you are a non meat eater omit meat.




Serves 10       you can cut in half easily if you do not need this much
