Mojito cupcakes

Yummy

1 white cake mix
1/4 Greek yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 shots of rum

Frosting
1 lime juiced
2 cups powder sugar
3 tbsp milk
Mint. Flavor 2 drops
Green food coloring



Mix cake mix with rum, yogurt, oil, milk
Bake in cupcake pan on 350 for 19 min


Mix frosting
Powder sugar, milk, butter. Cream well

Next take 1/4 cup of frosting set aside

Next add lime juice and 1 drop of food color
Mix

Next take the 1/4 cup frosting add 3 drops food color and mint flavor mix well



Frost cupcakes when cooled place lime frosting  first on cupcakes then add raps of mint frost and then sprinkle a tad of sea salt on cupcakes
