Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who can say no to Chocolate  Chip 

Cookies. 

What you need

3/4 cup ice cold unsalted butter cubed

3 table spoons cold solid bacon grease

2 eggs.                                                        

2 teaspoons vanilla.                                

1 cup Brown sugar packed.                  

3/4 cup sugar.                                           

Dash of salt.                                              

3 cups flour.                                             

1 teaspoon corn starch.                         

1 teaspoon baking soda.                            

1 bag of chocolate chip.                           

1/2 cup nuts                                               

          

Mix sugar, Brown sugar, butter, and bacon grease

Cream together then add eggs

Then you will add dry ingredients along with vanilla  

Mix good for about 1 min don't over mix though

Then add your chocolate  chips and nuts any kind you like I like pecans. 

Place on cookie sheet i make my dough the size of a scoop of ice cream  and bake in a 410 degree  oven for 10 min

Let cool on pan for 5 min then cool on rack

Makes 24 cookies :)
