Warm Your Bones Chicken Soup Tasty!



There is nothing better, than a warm bowl of Chicken Soup.  It warms your heart and soul, Giving you a feeling of being young again at home.  When mom would make this for you when you were feeling blue.  There is something to be said about the soup, and its powers to heal you.




Chicken Soup



2 bone in chicken thighs
1 bone in chicken breast
2 stalks celery chopped
1 onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
2 sprigs thyme
1 sprig tarragon
1 garlic clove chopped
3 bay leaves
2 quarts chicken broth
1 quart water
3 TB olive oil
home made noodle 1 batch



Place oil in stock pot add all veggie to pot cook on med heat, saute for about 8 min stir a few times to keep them from burning. 





Add the chicken to pot with water, broth, and spices.  Cook on a med -low simmer for about 45 min.
remove chicken from pot and de bone the chicken and return to pot.




continue cooking for about 20 more min.  Add your noodles and cook for about 15 min. till noodles are done to your liking.




Serves 6 to 8 people
