Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Now my husband does not like Brussels sprouts. But he
loves these hands down
1 pound Brussels Sprouts chopped
12 oz sliced Mushrooms
6 Strips bacon cooked and crumbled
2 TBS Oyster Sauce
4 TBS Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat oven to 420 degrees
Splash Olive oil on pan first
Then chop Brussels Spout, Mushrooms, And crumble bacon
spread out on cookie sheet
Mix Oyster Sauce, Olive oil, and Garlic in a small bowl
Drizzle over the Veggies and place in Oven and cook for 25 min
at 420 degrees
Serves 4
