My Family Favorite Beef Burgundy.



Beef Burgundy,  is amazing. Need I say more.



2 lb Chunked up Rump roast
1 large onion chunked
3 Stalks Celery chunked 
3 Carrotts chunked
1 lb Button Mushrooms whole and washed
4 Potatoes washed and Chunked
Wide Egg Noodles cooked to package directions
3 Beef cubes
4 Garlic Cloves chooped
a bunch of fresh thyme removed from stem
3 bay leaves
1 sprig fresh oregano
1 sprig fresh Tarragon
1/4 cup flour
4 pinches salt and pepper
half bottle of Burgundy wine
2 Tsb Soy Sauce
5 Tbs Oyster sauce
3 Tbs  Olive Oil



Take flour salt and pepper toss over Beef,  brown meat in Dutch Oven.  After you brown the meat add all other ingredients to pan. Place in Oven covered and cook on 375 for about 6 hours string every now and then. Serve over Egg Noodles.

cook time  6 hours
