Mushroom Soup.



This is very creamy, with a earthy taste. It goes very well
with a  lite salad  with olive oil and lemon. Oh and a sweet red wine, ties all the flavors 
together.






What you will need.


16 0z of fresh Mushroom chopped. ( the more different kinds the best the flavor )
1 Stick unsalted Butter
3 Garlic cloves chopped
1 Shallot chopped
1 table spoon Italian season
4 pinches Salt
3 pinches Pepper
1 cup Flour
2 cups Chicken broth (or water)
5 cups Milk








Melt butter in your stock pan on med heat







Saute garlic, and shallot's for 3 min 








add your chopped mushrooms to pan and saute for about 8 min











Add your dry season to pan and stir. Cook for about 2 more min








Add flour to pan











Stir to coat mushrooms with flour and then add







your Milk and chicken stock,
 stir and cook  6 to 8 min on med heat
 just till it thickens.












Enjoy.

  2. The flavors dance in your mouth so good, i had a sweet red wine and a salad with lemon and olive oil. And oh my you wanted to savor all the flavors
