My Mac and Cheese Please

This is a family favorite in our house.  Everyone looks forward having this homemade
Mac and Cheese.  And speaking of Mac and Cheese I have a good story for that.

You see my friend Deb and I went on a adventure together.  We went down to the Cumberland Gap to
go Gem hunting.  Anyways I told her wait till we get down there, the food is amazing.  Oh and some of the best homemade Mac and Cheese from scratch.  Needless to say she was way excited to eat the Mac and Cheese.  We went to the BQ joint chain restaurant,  When deb ordered her food she asked if they had real Mac and Cheese.  The waitress looked at her and say's " Well yes we do it comes in a blue bowl called Kraft Mac and Cheese". You should of seen my friends look on her face, it was priceless. So with this being said just so you know Kraft Mac and Cheese it is not the real thing.

But this is I hope you enjoy it :)

1 16 ounce bag of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 eggs beaten

bread crumbs on top while baking

Cook your noodles according to box and drain them.  Place them in a large baking cake pan. Add the butter and mix it up to melt the butter. Then add all remaining ingredients to pan, cover with tin foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 min. Remove tin foil stir and put back in oven uncovered. bake till cheese on top starts to brown a little.

I hope you enjoy this comfort food as much as we do.
